We are looking for creative, playful and thoughtful circus/movement artists who are interested in engaging in a collaborative creation process for The Chaos Project, taking place in Toronto in Spring 2023.

The Chaos Project is a contemporary circus show made up of three distinct but interrelated vignettes exploring the thematic concepts of chaos and order. The work uses movement to delve into how these concepts intersect, collide, compliment and challenge one another in different human settings. After an initial development period of Part III in Summer 2021, we are now returning to Parts I & II for a spring research/creation period, with hopes of an eventual full production in 2024.

This is a paid opportunity with confirmed funding from Toronto Arts Council and Ontario Arts Council. Selected Artists will be paid for the entirety of the process at a rate of $40 per hour for 30 hours of creation work.
