Event runs from 1:30-4:30pm with performances beginning at 2pm and happenings scattered throughout the event. You are welcome to come for as much or as little as you like.
There will be a cash bar with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.

100% of ticket sales (after taxes and fees) support the contributing artists. Pay-What-You-Can tickets available if price is a barrier: use code PWYC to choose your own amount and send an e-transfer to hello@herciniarts.com or bring cash on show day.

Please note, there are no actual tickets issued - ticket holders names will be added to a door list and will be notified by email of any details of the event.

Pia Bouman School for Ballet and Creative Movement is located at 225 Sterling Rd unit 103, Toronto, ON. The event will take place in Studio A (https://www.piaboumanschool.org/studio-a), which is a large open space with dance flooring throughout, as well as in the attached mini lobby. Through the front entrance there are three steps to get into the lobby, and then an additional three steps to get from the lobby to the studios. If organized in advance there is an alternative entrance through a garage door at the back of the building that has worked for folks using assistive devices in the past, but it is not a fully level entrance or deemed officially accessible. Washrooms in the space are not accessible, but are non-gendered. Please feel free to reach out directly if you have any specific questions or concerns. Further information will be provided to ticket holders in the days leading up to the event.
